How is the shipping rate calculated?

The estimated rate is based on pickup location, destination, distance, actual or volumetric weight, service type and applicable charges.

Can I send multiple packages under one booking?

Multiple packages may be accepted under one booking depending on the shipment type, weight and service conditions.
